1. Difference between conventional
    implants and instant implants?

Procedure for placing conventional implants requires a surgical approach and takes anywhere between 4 months to 1 year to be completed. In many patients with insufficient bone, these implants cannot be placed without an additional procedure called bone grafting. Instant dental implants are smaller in diameter and hence no surgery is required for placement of this implant. For patients with good bone, the whole procedure can be completed within 10 days. Instant dental implants can be placed in cases of narrow bone without having to do bone grafts.

2. What is the price difference between
     a conventional implants and instant
     implants?

Conventional implants can cost anywhere between RM6000-RM10000 (without bone grafting). Instant implants cost RM2500 per implant.

3. What are the braces available at
    your clinic?

There are fixed metal braces, ceramic braces, clear removable braces (Invisalign) and also Inman aligners for swift correction of crowding of the front teeth.

4. Do I need to extract any teeth to do
    these braces?

We are firm believers of non-extraction orthodontics and we strive to correct not only the alignment of the teeth but also the facial profile, the TM joints that causes clicking sound, snoring as well as sleep apnoea that can be caused by extraction orthodontics. Extraction can be avoided by using other methods like arch expanders, IPR etc.
